Subscription Services on ThePatchCrate.com run for a 30 Day period and will automatically renew each month until you cancel your subscription. By accessing and using this website (the site), which is owned and operated by The Patch Crate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to our terms and conditions of service. Patch Crate reserves the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site. We reserve the right to change any aspect of this site including monthly subscription pricing without notice. We reserve the right to terminate your access as a subscriber at any time for any reason.
By reviewing any page of this site, you accept our terms and conditions in their entirety without exceptions. Should you not agree to any part of these terms and conditions we advise you to leave the site.
Payment for your subscription(s) can be made by Credit Card directly on this website. Your payment information is transmitted directly to our merchant account via secured methods from our secure payment gateway. On the first day of each subscription cycle your credit card will be charged again for the amount you approved when placing your subscription.
Canceling Your Ad Subscription – At any time you may cancel your ad subscription by either logging into your account and canceling the ad yourself or you can email us at Support@thepatchcrate.com and we will do it for you. There will be NO refunds or prorate for early cancellation or mid-term cancellation of your ad(s). Your monthly credit card statement will have a line item bill in the amount of your agreed subscription charge from our parent company, Promotional Warehouse Group.
Warranty – All products purchased through The Patch Crate are sold “as is” and “as available” with no warranty expressed or implied. Furthermore, The Patch Crate makes no claim that this site will remain functional or uninterrupted, or error free. Defects on the site or our server will be corrected in a reasonable time frame at our discretion.
Returns/Refunds – Upon inspection of your received subscription box, you have (5) days to notify us and return the items in their original and undamaged packaging at your expense. You agree to pay our standard 35% restocking fee for any returned boxes. Any returns found to be damaged or missing items will not receive a refund and will be returned to the sender.
Disputes – Any disputes you may have with this site, its products and services are to be settled through arbitration. You agree by purchasing from this site to waive any right to a settlement of a dispute by any means other than arbitration. You further agree that all disputes are to be settled in Union County Georgia.
Use of the Site – Use of this site for any illegal or unauthorized scheme or purpose is strictly prohibited.
Indemnification – You agree to wholly indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Patch Crate, its officers, employees, agents, and vendors from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs including attorney’s fees resulting from violation of any of our terms and conditions and/or any activity related to your use of our site including access by proxy.

I authorize ThePatchCrate.com to debit the bank account or credit card indicated in this web form, for the noted amount on the schedule indicated. This payment is for Patch Subscription Services. I understand that returns, refunds and cancellations are as listed above. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel my subscription(s), and I agree to notify ThePatchCrate.com in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization at least 2 days prior to the next billing date. If the above noted payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payment may be executed on the next business day. I understand that because this is an electronic transaction, these funds may be withdrawn from my account each period as soon as the above noted transaction date. In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) I understand that ThePatchCrate.com, and I agree to an additional $ 3.00 charge for each attempt returned NSF which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card or bank account, and that I will not dispute the payment with my Credit Card Company or Bank, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this web form.
